RE: Kootenai Heights Water System Order 35978

Dear Ms. Noriyuki,

Please find included with this letter a redlined version and a "clean" version of the updated tariffs required
per Order 35978.

I made two corrections that were not required by the Order also, there is currently no tiered rate for water
use over 10,000 gallons, and billing is now monthly instead of April and October.

Let me know if any other changes are needed.
