Dear Kootenai Heights Water Customer:
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has scheduled a public workshop for the customers of
Kootenai Heights Water System, The workshop is an informal meeting where members of the
Commission StafI will be present to answer questions and to provide information.
Representatives of the Company may also be present. The purpose of this workshop is for
Commission StafI to dispense information regarding the Company s Application, the pending
case before the Commission, the Commission s procedures, and to obtain input from the
customers regarding their water service.
This workshop has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. It will be held
in the Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai , Idaho. As a customer of Kootenai
Heights Water we would greatly appreciate your attendance at this workshop.
I have enclosed with this letter the Commission s Notice of Scheduling and Notice of Public
Workshop. The informal prehearing conference scheduled during the afternoon of February 20
is for the Company s legal representative and Staffs legal representative, If you have access to
the Internet, you can view the documents that have been filed for this case by going to the
Commission s website at: http://www.puc.idaho.gov, then clicking on the "Water" icon, then
