In the leter Dorothy states that *Shotgun Stevens Lane PWS ID 7220066 should not be considered a PWS because there are not enough connec�ons. She states there are only 2 homes occupied in the area, one home has a single occupant and the other has two. She states there is a cabin there also but it is rarely occupied. Dorothy states the rest of the connec�ons are basically hydrants. The reason I want to dispute this is because my wife and I own the Lot on 4062 Stevens lane (SV-01-01-004) which we occupy 5 months out of the year with our Camp trailer. We use the water for drinking, Bathing, cleaning and cooking while occupying our property. My mother owns the Lot on 3538 Stevens Lane{Yale-Kilgore Rd} (SV-01-02-001) which she occupies full-�me six months out of the year in her 5 wheel trailer. She also uses her water for drinking, bathing, cooking and cleaning. The Lot located behind us, who is also on Island Park water, is also occupied 4-5 months out of the year with a camp trailer. They also u�lize their water in the same fashion that my family and my parents do. The document states that some of the lots receiving water in this sub-division are non-buildable lots due to the wetlands (which is true) but I would like to clarify my lot, my parents lot and the lot behind me are lots that are not located near the wetlands and can eventually be built upon.
