Comment: "I own a cabin @ 5171 Valley Drive, Island Pk over 30 years. So I've been dealing with Dorothy @ Island Pk Water Co for along time. I had to get my well water tested on my
own by taking it to Rexburg to get tested because I was worried about my grandchildren's health. In 2016 the well had to be repaired & Dorothy billed me $1,236 for it & I didn't owe it
so I didn't pay it. Damage was done to my property during the repairs & I sent Dorothy a certified letter regarding me disputing the bill & she refused my letter so it was returned to me.
I still have the copy. On 7/4/2022 my grandson went to my cabin & there was no water for the Holiday weekend. I was given no notice that the water was turned off & Dorothy didn't care.
Also I was told I can't have more than 2 people at my cabin at a time. It has been a nightmare regarding water so I have brought jugs & bottles of water for personal use on many of my trips
to my cabin. I have the correspondence letters from Dorothy & to her if you want to see them. Thank you,"
