On March 29, 2023, the Commission held the Show Cause Hearing for Island Park Water
Company (“Company” or “Island Park”) and the customer hearing for the Company’s customers
pursuant to Order No. 35707. At the hearings, the Commission set deadlines for Commission Staff
(“Staff”) to respond to the Company’s filed affidavits and exhibits and for the Company to reply,
and establish a public comment deadline.
The Commission now issues this Notice of Post-Hearing Schedule and Public Comment
Deadline.
NOTICE OF POST-HEARING SCHEDULE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, based on discussion and agreement between Staff
and the Company, the Commission approves the following procedural schedule:

Staff Post-Hearing Response: April 12, 2023
Company Post-Hearing Reply: May 3, 2023

NOTICE OF COMMENT DEADLINE
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a person desiring to state a position on the issues
in this case may file a written comment. Persons who would like a hearing must specifically request
a hearing in their written comments and explain why written comments alone are insufficient.
Persons shall have until April 12, 2023, to file written comments. Comments must be filed
through the Commission’s website or by e-mail unless computer access is unavailable. To
comment electronically, please access the Commission’s website at www.puc.idaho.gov. Click the
“Case Comment Form” and complete the form using the case number as it appears on the front of

this document. To file by e-mail, the customer must e-mail the comments to the Commission

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company must file any reply comments by
May 3, 2023.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff shall have until April 12, 2023, to file its post-
hearing response, and the Company shall have until May 3, 2023, for its post-hearing reply.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that persons shall have until April 12, 2023, to file written
comments, and the Company must file any reply comments by May 3, 2023.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
