RE:STAFF REVIEW OF ITSAP REDUCTION TARIFF FILINGS.
In March 2006, the Commission received Potlatch Telephone Co. Advice No. 06-02P
CenturyTel of the Gem State Advice No. 06-, CenturyTel ofldaho, Inc Advice No. 06-, and
Advice Letter No. ID-06-0l from Citizens Telecommunications Company ofldaho d/b/a
Frontier Communications of Idaho. These filings adjust the Idaho Telecommunications Service
Assistance Program (ITSAP) monthly surcharge rate pursuant to Order No. 30002 (Case No.
GNR-06-2). The Commission approved the ITSAP monthly surcharge rate reduction from
07 to $.06 per month on March 17 2006 with an effective date of May 1 , 2006.
