Please describe your comment briefly:
I am interested in the proceedings of this rate increase of 224% for H20. Only use the wate.r
two to three months a year at the most and think this is a bit excessive for part time users.
Not to mention the stupid flyer that they sent out about letting your water run a pencil size
stream during the winter, which is a great loss of the resource to my opinion.
