CERTIFICATE NO. 317
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFICATED that the public convenience and
necessity requires, and will require, Island Park Water Company, its successors
and assigns , to hold, construct or otherwise acquire and to maintain and operate
a water system in and supply water to that certain territory in Fremont County,
Idaho more particularly described as:1. Goose Bay Estates located in sections 16 and 21 of
Township 15 North, Range 43 EBM.
Shotgun Village Estates , a portion of Subdivision No.
and all of Nos. 2 through 8 are in Sections 12 and 13
Township 13 North, Range 42 EBM.
Valley View Ranch located in the North Quarter Corner
of Section 13, Township 15 North , Range 43 EBM.
Aspen Ridge, Subdivision Nos. 1 through 4 in Section 2
Township 14 North , Range 43 EBM.
And for such purpose to own, hold, construct or otherwise acquire and
maintain and operate within said territories all plant necessary for the
maintenance of a water system and the provision to its customers of water in
upon, over, under, along, through and across all streets , avenues, alleys, streams
highways, roads and other public places in said territory, and to exercise the
rights and privileges granted, or which may hereafter be granted Island Park
Water Company, its successors or assigns by any franchise conferred by any
political subdivision of the State of Idaho.
This certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant to the findings
and provisions of Order No. 24019 issued the 18th day of December, 1991 , in
Case No. GNR-90-1 to which reference is hereby made.
