COMES NOW, Husky Water Company and pursuant to Rule 68 of the Rules of
Procedure of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and respectfully provides this Notice of
Withdrawal of its Application for Approval of Acquisition of The Assets of Resort Water Co.
Inc. and For The Issuance of a Certificate Of Public Convenience and Necessity along with the
Direct Testimony of Jennifer Brownlie, Esq. for Husky Water Company and the Direct
Testimony of Tom Trulock for Husky Water Company in the above captioned matter. Rule 68
provides that:
