NON-RECURRING CHARGES
1. Hook-up Fee - $500.00 for each new customer service connection
2. Reconnection fees - $20.00 for reconnecting service after the
customer was disconnected for any reason
3. Late Payment Charge - One (1%) percent of the past due balance
owing at the time of the next monthly billing.
