Gem State Water Company, LLC (Gem State Water or Company) provides notice to the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission that the Water System Asset Purchase Agreement, which is
the subject of this proceeding, has been terminated and that the proposed transaction will not
proceed. In light of this, the Company believes that there are no outstanding issues related to the
proceeding and, as such, the docket can be closed.
