Our water rates were $27.50 EVERY OTHER MONTH, NOT $27.50 EACH MONTH. What was $180-$190 annual fee including overusage, will now be $420 plus however the nearly 400% increase in overage, reduc�on in usage aﬀects each residence, likely well over $500 per residence.
