Comment: "As a concerned customer, I'm in shock that this new water company has the audacity to suggest hiking our rates 64%. Raising my bill is understandable, at a "reasonable"
rate, possibly 10 - 12%. Please do not approve this absurd request."

Comment: "Why is this new water company raising our rate so high and providing less
gallons. Those of us with horse's will be paying not only the 64% hike in water, with less water and the a higher rate per gallon just to accumulate the extra 5 gallons that we lost.
Where is the fairness in this?"
