Comment: "I am a customer of Gem State Water. There proposal on a water increase is rediculous. Cutting our monthly allowance in 1/2 and increasing our charge of $1.12 per
thousand gallons over the allowance to $4.15 per thousand is simply and clearly why they purchased the Co. in the first place was to do this move to take advantage of those who have
no option. We conserve our water from the kitchen to the bathroom to the sprinkler system . We are retired and in a poverty class on ou income. This would triple our monthly bill. On a
fixed income everything is getting more expensive. We cannot afford such increases. Moved here from Wyoming three years ago and love it here in our neighborhood. We are worried we
are going to be forced to move due to such huge increases in taxes and utilities. At least fight for us to keep the 20,000 gallon allowance the same, and a reasonable rate increase over that.
