Comment: "Our major concern is we live on 5 acres with Livestock. Just because this is a new Company (Gem State) the suggested increases are not valid when you consider that they wish
to reduce our minimum 15,000 gal. volume to 10,000 gal. Then they want to increase our Monthly Fee per 1,000 gallon increase over that. Since they took over we have had low water
pressure, power outages, generators not operating automatically and gone several hours without water. With inflation even you must understand that we are Seniors on a Fixed Income
with too many increases and no increase in our Income. One of our major concerns is that we understand that the new Company (Gem State) is out of State Company buying up all the
Water Rights in our Area. Before you know it the People of Idaho won't have any Water Rights at all. Thank you for your Time & Please consider our situation. Sincerely; Paul &
