Hi Curtis, I am writing to let you know I oppose the rate increase that Gem State has applied for. I didn't see anything in their proposal that shows any measurable plan to improve the system for their customers, only increase rates to make more money. I don't think any increase should be approved until they show how they will improve their system to be able to better serve their customers. Case no. GSW-W-22-01 Gem State Water Thank you. I see that the Company is combining systems and from what I have read the application is simply to increase rates across the board. I see they are not making the "required profit percentage" they desire, but they had all the relevant data when they added the individual systems to their company. I am opposed to any increase until they can submit a measurable plan to improve the system and provide the water and services required to adequately serve their customers." ------
