Comment: "Thank You for taking my additional comments, original submission was August 1, 2022. After more thoughts about the rate request, I wanted to mention a few things maybe
the commission can consider: 1. During our low usage months when we do not even come close to 15,000 gallons it seems the water company should keep track each month and provide
a bank usage refund e.g., 15,000 - 3500 gal used = 11,500 unused water which could be drawn against when water usage goes up until the banked amount reaches 0 gallons at which time
normal rate charges would apply. 2. When the power goes out, we need an automatic backup generator to kick in, currently they depend on dispatching someone to start the generator. I
would hate for someone to have a fire during an outage since there would be NO Water. 3. The water pressure fluctuates terribly; it is a common complaint amongst all of the Silver
Meadows Customers. Thank You "
