Two companies have since paid the assessments owed and complied with requests for information. A non-regulated wireless company purchased one of the other non- compliant. The remaining 23 are listed on the attached list. The 23 companies have tariffs or certificates currently on file at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and have not paid their annual regulatory fee in the last three years. They have not filed Gross Intrastate Operating Reports or responded to repeated communications, whether by telephone or in writing. These companies have not replied to registered letters or staff's letters to them have returned as undeliverable by the U.S. Postal Service. Staff recommends that the Commission issue Show Cause Orders notify these companies that their certificates or tariffs will be cancelled if they do not come into compliance. 1.
