On February 22,2017,Grouse Point Water Company applied to the Commission for
authority to increase its rates and consumptive charges.The Commission subsequently issued
notice of the Application,set an intervention deadline,and suspended the proposed effective date
until October 15,2017.Staff and the Company have engaged in significant discovery,and a
public workshop was held on July 20,2017.
The Commission now schedules a public hearing.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a public hearing
in this matter.The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from members of the
public and customers of Grouse Point Water Company.The public hearing will convene on
WEDNESDAY,SEPTEMBER 6,2017 AT 7:00 P.M.AT KUNA CITY HALL,751 WEST
ffljjjjIDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter will
be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to
participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the
Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request
for assistance must be received at least five working days before the hearing by contacting the
