COMMENTS OF THE COMMISSION STAFF
COMES NOW the Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its Attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, and in response to the Notice
of Application, Notice of Staff Report Analysis & Recommendation, Notice of Modified Procedure and Notice of Comment/Protest Deadline issued on September 21, 1999, does hereby submit and adopt as its Comments in Case No. GNR-W-98-1 the Commission Staff Report and recommendations previously filed on August 25, 1999.
Staff also reports that Stoneridge Utilities has supplied Staff with a copy of all forms and notices to be used in providing information or notice to customers. Staff suggested minor changes to meet IPUC requirements that the Company accepted. The Company also agreed to adopt the General Rules and Regulations for Small Water Utilities in its entirety. The Notice of Modified Procedure and Staff’s rate recommendation in this case was mailed to all customers on October 6, 1999. Only one customer responded thus far; she asked for and was provided a copy of Staff’s full report.
Respectfully submitted this day of October 1999.
