DBA Happy Valley Water District 1422 Government Way Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814 RE: WATER RATE Dear Mr. Davis: It has been brought to the Commissioner’s attention that the rate of $42.50 for initial 20,000 is the amount you are billing the water customers. On November 14, 1996, the Commission issued Order No. 26684, ordering the Company that there would be no change in present rates and charges to the water customers without the prior approval of the Commission. The rate is $32.40 for the initial 20,000 gallons and 50¢ per 1,000 gallons over 20,000. This rate is still in effect until further notice of the Commission. If you have collected an amount greater than $32.50 per month since January 1, 1997, a refund will be in order. For further information or comment you may reach me at 208-334-0320.
