I have enclosed a list of all water companies regulated by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (PUC) by a monthly rate, the number of customers and the percentage of return on rate base allowed. I have also enclosed a list of documents used by the PUC Staff in evaluating the operating expenses for Packsaddle Water Company per your request.
