GNR-W-95-1 INTO WHETHER PACKSADDLE DEVEL-) OPMENT CORPORATION IS A PUBLIC )AMENDED NOTICE OF UTILITY SUBJECT TO COMMISSION)      SCHEDULING REGULATION.)AMENDED NOTICE OF )         HEARING                                                                    )ORDER NO. 26090 NOTICE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on July 11, 1995, various customers of the Packsaddle Development Corporation Water System filed a Motion to continue the hearing scheduled in this case for July 19, 1995.  The customers state that they have entered into negotiations with the Packsaddle Development Corporation to resolve the issues in dispute in this proceeding and that an additional 30 days is necessary to allow for discovery and negotiation of the possible conveyance of the water system to the customers. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to the Order below, the Commission has granted the customers’ Motion and has adopted the following amended schedule in this case: Deadline for prefiling direct testimony and exhibitsJuly 26, 1995 of Packsaddle Development Corporation Deadline for filing direct testimony and exhibitsAugust 9, 1995 of the Commission Staff and Intervenors Deadline for filing rebuttal testimony and exhibits—August 16, 1995 all parties YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a hearing in this matter on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 23, 1995 AT 10:30 A.M. AT THE TETON WEST HOTEL IN DRIGGS, IDAHO, (208)354-2563. O R D E R We hereby find that a settlement of this matter may well be in the best interest of all involved and that no party would be prejudiced by continuing the hearing to allow for further negotiations.
