Commission for an Order approving the Stipulation Between United Water Inc., and Eagle
Water Company, Inc., dated January 4 2007 ("Stipulation
As recited in the Stipulation, among other things, the agreement between United Water
and Eagle Water for division of the currently un-certified area results in an approximately equal
division of the uncertified area, and potential customers within the area will be able to obtain
service from the utility closest to their location, thus minimizing line extension charges for those
potential customers.
