Convenience and Necessity." Item 19 oftheApplication requires thatthesystem patrons be notified
of the Application.
Enclosed youwill find a sample copy of a Notice sent to the current system patrons. Also
enclosed you will find a mailing list ofthose individuals who were sent the Notice.
Please consider. the foregoing as supplemental information to be added to the. Round

NOTICE TO PATRON OF ELK HORN RANCH WATER SYSTEM
You have received this notice because you are an owner of property which is provided with
domestic water service by a private system owned and operated by the developer of Elk Horn Ranch
Round Mountain, LLC.
On July 30, 2003 Round Mountain .made application to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for the water system.
The proposed rates for water service from the system are as follows:
(1)A $750 one-time hook-up fee; and
(2)Twelve dollars ($12) a month base charge plus one dollar ($1) for each 1 000
gallons of water used.
