(LPIC) CHANGE CHARGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDER NO.
29806
On November 29 2005 , GVNW, Inc filed changes to the Idaho Rural Exchange Carriers
(IREC) Tariff on behalf of Direct Communications Rockland, Inc, and Filer Mutual Telephone
Company updating the charges the companies will impose for changes to the local
(intrastate/intraLATA) presubscribed interexchange carrier (LPIC). The changes are in
compliance with the Commission s Order No 29806. This filing is numbered Tariff Advice
05-01 for each company.
The Companies requested an effective date of December 31 , 2005 , which is consistent
with the effective date of similar charges filed with the FCC.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff finds these filings to be consistent with Commission Order No. 29806 and
recommends that the Commission approve Tariff Advice No. 05-, for Direct Communications
Rockland, Inc. Staff recommends that the updates pertaining to Filer Mutual be included in the
IREC tariff for informational purposes only.
