HomeMy WebLinkAboutMBLHMPKSv1.docx names Dear salutation The Consumer Division of the Public Utilities Commission has recently received a number of inquiries from customers (mostly mobile home park residents), who purchase their water from landlords, rather than directly from the water utility.  In these cases, the landlord receives water service through a master meter and divides this master metered bill among the residents, or charges the mobile home resident a flat monthly rate, or a metered rate if the rental spaces have meters. We would appreciate it very much if you will advise us of what situations exist in your service area.
