This will serve letter is valid for one year from the date of this letter.9. ln accordance with any other lawfully necessary provisions as agreed between developer and Falls Water. Water Service for Bridgewater Division No. 5 This will serve letter is valid for one year from the date this letter is written. If construction on the division of this sub-development is not started within one year of the date of this letter the developer or his authorized agent will need to seek a new will serve letter.
