Water as the development progresses.7. This will serve letter is valid for one year from the date of this letter.
8. Existing surface water rights from Progressive Irrigation District must be assigned to Falls Water Company, Inc.
9. ln accordance with any other lawfully necessary provisions as agreed between developer and Falls Water.
lf construction on the division of this sub-development is not started within one year of the date of this letter the developer
or his authorized agent will need to seek a new will serve letter.
