Attachments for response for additional information to page 1 question 13:
During 2007, Falls Water Co., Inc.'s service area added the following new subdivision and divisions of
existing subdivisions:
1. Birchwood Estates Phase 1 was added (Legal description is attached to this form).
2. Pheasant Grove Division 1 was added (Legal description is attached to this form).
In response to question 23 on page 2, attached is copy of the Falls Water Spout which was distributed
to our customers with the June 2008 statements.
In response to question 24 on page 2, attached is a copy of an updated system map. The list of
significant assets added to the system during 2008 include:
1. $242,000.00 to complete purchase of 492 AF of water right from Idaho Sod Farm.
2. $337,470.55 costs during 2008 for Well #9 well house.
3. $52,083.35 costs during 2008 to complete drillng of Well #9.
4. $150,612.81 costs during 2008 for the 400 hp pump and installation for Well #9.
5. $208,793.53 costs to complete installation of meters in unmetered area of water system and to
buy meters and MXU's for new customer installations in 2008.
In response to question 10 on page 11, the backbone plant additions anticipated in 2009 are:
1. The completion of Well #9. The previously anticipated completion of Well #9 by mid-September
2008 was delayed due to the pump being on backorder until mid-December 2008. The well will
be available for use during the 2009 watering season. The cost for the well and water rights that
are part of this project will be about $1,627,000.00. The well and well house costs will be about
$802,000.00 and the water right costs will be about $825,000.00. The project is funded by a
state revolving loan fund loan of $1,200,000.00 with the balance paid for by Fall Water Co., Inc.
