(LPIC) CHANGE CHARGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDER NO.
29806
On November 17 2005, the Idaho Rural Exchange Carriers (IREC) submitted Tariff
Advice No. ID-05-, updating the charges some of the IREC companies will impose for
changes to the local (intrastatelintraLATA) presubscribed interexchange carrier (LPIC). The
changes are in compliance with the Commission s Order No 29806. This filing updates the rates
for Albion, Cambridge, Columbine, Fremont, Inland, Midvale, Potlatch, Rural, and Silver Star.
The filing also includes similar updates for Custer, Farmers, Mud Lake, and Project Mutual
cooperative telephone companies.
IREC requested an effective date of December 31 2005 , which is consistent with the
effective date of similar charges filed with the FCc.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve IREC Tariff Advice No. ID-05-, for
Title 61 companies, Albion, Cambridge, Columbine, Fremont, Inland, Midvale, Potlatch, Rural
and Silver Star. Staff recommends that the updates pertaining to cooperative telephone
companies be included for informational purposes only.
