Comment: "This 47% price increase is a load of crap! My water bill is already ridiculously high!!! When is
this commission going to stop allowing these u�lity companies to gouge their customers. And this is
even an Oregon company to boot! My salary usually goes up 2%! Where do they get off on a 47%
raise!! BS is what this is! If they weren't making money they wouldn't be doing it! "
