Comment: "It is perhaps too late to comment on this case, but I am very opposed to a 55% increase. This
is excessive, and my concern is that exis�ng customers are foo�ng the bill for the increased need for new
water lines to new neighborhoods. Developers should be paying for this!!! Thank you."
