Comment: "Just received no�fica�on that rates are increasing -- what appears to be 55% for my
par�cular area. How can rates increase at that level for ONE SINGLE increase? I understand the price of
everything is going up -- and that is true for families as well. But none of us are receiving 47.3% pay
increases. one sentence from the no�fica�on: If approved the proposed increase would increase the
Company’s total annual revenues by $1,174,000, or 47.3%. This seems extreme and puni�ve to the
community who is already struggling with an increased cost of living in EVERY aspect."

Comment: "This rate increase is not acceptable. 47.3% increase! The age of and condi�on of the
infrastructure is bad because lack of maintenance and management. They do the bare minimum to keep
the system running. Where has all the fees gone. I do no�ce that ALL Falls water employees have new
trucks that they get to drive home. I know not all of them are on call. POOR MANAGEMENT!! Idaho falls
water rate is only at $22.50. They have the same job and older infrastructure than Falls Water. This
increase is to make up for bad planning and bad management. when will it end. "
