(“Falls Water” or “Company”) provides the following reply to the Comments of the Commission Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Staff”). Falls Water appreciates the Staff’s thorough review of the Application in this case, and agrees with the recommendations in Staff’s comments. The Company recognizes that the issues presented in the Application require ongoing, proactive attention, and that these sorts of issues may become more acute as the population grows and water supply may remain stable or even decline. The Company appreciates deferral treatment of the identified costs, and will remain in contact with the Commission and Commission Staff as the situation evolves and as different solutions present themselves.
