Falls Water previously received approval to add a well to its infrastructure, which was put into service in June of 2018. In20l9, Falls Water commissioned an engineering study and Drinking Water Capital Facilities Plan to identifu other needs. The plan contained a hydraulic model that recornmended projects including additional wells as well as storage for water. The public workshop will be held Tuesday, July 27, at 7:00 p.m. (MST). At the workshop, staff with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission will give a presentation and answer questions. Those interested in attending can do so online or by phone. Wriuen comments on Falls Water's application are being accepted until Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021. Comments are required to be filed by e-mail unless e-mail is unavailable. To submit comments via e-mail, please visit the commission's webpage at puc.idaho.gov. Click on the "Consumers" tab toward the top of the page, then click on the "Case Comment Form." Please use case number FLS-W-2l-01 when filling out the form. Any comments should also be e- mailed to Falls Water at the e-mail addresses listed below.
