Comment: "So America is going down the crapper, people have lost their jobs, and now you
are going to raise rates? Idaho is turning into another Commiefornia. Disgusting. How are yougoing to work on aging infrastructure when they are going to lock us down again with this
plandemic? In a hurry to line your pockets before the whole country goes down? My watermeter cover hasn't been disturbed for readings. Did we sneak in some smart meters when no
one was looking like Rocky Mountain Power did on my house? Now you need more money?Hmmm......"
