On December 4, 2020, the Commission issued Notice of Modified Procedure and
Notice of Telephonic Public Hearing, Order No. 34858. The following changes should be made
to that Order:
The paragraph that reads:
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that anyone desiring to state a position on this
Application must file a written comment in support or opposition with the Commission by
January 11, 2020. The written comment must contain a statement of reasons supporting it.
Persons desiring a hearing must specifically request a hearing in their written comments.
Written comments concerning this Application should be e-mailed to the Commission and Falls
Water at the addresses reflected below. If e-mail is unavailable, written comments can be mailed
to the addresses reflected below:
