Dear customers,
ln June 2019, Falls Water Co., lnc., a subsidiary of NW NaturalWater, entered into an agreement to
acquire the water business assets of Taylor Mountain Water and Sewer District.
After the sale is approved, the water utility will continue to be operated locally, with the oversight of Falls
Water's team made up of professionals from the ldaho Falls area. The transition is expected to be
seamless to customers.
The ldaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) is currently reviewing the filing. To follow the regulatory
process, check the Commission's website at www.ouc.idaho.qov or use the contact information listed
below.
About NW NaturalWater
NW Natural Water currently provides water distribution service to approximately 43,500 people through
17 ,4OO connections. To date, NW Natural Water has acquired six water distribution utilities and a
wastewater company with several additional acquisitions pending. Upon closing current outstanding
