The rate increase is unreasonable to us. The past growth of Falls waters customer base was
well over 202 new customers for a month 3 years ago. Since the economy drop and recession
they have increased staff and building space and put electronic read meters in. Which were
all paid for in previous rate raises. I use less water and pay substantially more for it.
You can not even run a house hold on the base rate and our children have been growing up and
moving out.Now just the two of us using less water can not stay any where close on the base
rate. Dropping it to the amount requested is a robbery.ly. It does come out to 186 and some
odd percent increase AGAIN. Our neighbors are all holding on as our wages have been frozen
for over 21/2 years. This is putting a hardship on the families in our area. We have really
low water pressure as it is. We request Falls Water not be granted a rate increase.
