In regards to the proposed rate increase, I would respectfully submit a smaller rate
increase. Personally J my income is down this year J yet my expenses have remained the
same. . . a further increase in rates would not put my family into bankruptcy J but would make
things harder for us to manage.

Me and my family moved to Idaho Falls frum Utah two years ago because of the cost of living
since that is really the only thing that Idaho Falls has to offer and when the cost of living
is taken away like it is (little by little) then people will move to other parts of the
country (like back to Utah) where there is more things that adds to the quality of life.
Every time we turn around someone or some business wants to raise prices and/or rates like
the water department. Enough is enough! We are making plans to go back to Utah. It's just as
expensive but a lot more thing to offer.... good bye!

They want an increase of over 14% that i s outrageous i
The quality of our water here is pathetic, if they were to improve the water quality I could
see a slight increase. There are so many impurities in the water that we can i t even wash our
vehicles at home, without it causing calcium stains everywhere that don i t come off. They are
permanently stained. If anything they should lower their prices i
