In Order No. 30404, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and suspended the proposed rates for a period of 30 days plus 5 months. The Commission also set a deadline for intervention of August 28, 2007. No person petitioned for intervention. On September 4 2007, the Commission Secretary issued the Notice of Parties consisting of the Company and the Commission Staff.
