General Rate Case
Dear Ms. Jewell:
On November 4, 2005 , Falls Water Company, Inc. filed a general rate case with the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission. The Company in its filing requested a proposed effective date for its
revenue increase of April 15, 2006. Please be advised that pursuant to Staff inquiry and request
the Company has agreed that a Commission Order in FLS- W -05-1 will be timely if issued prior
to the end of April 2006.
