ADDING MIDV ALE TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, INC. TO THE IREC
ACCESS TARIFF AND WITHDRAWING MID V ALE'S SEP ARA TE
ACCESS TARIFF.
On September 23 , 2005 , the Idaho Rural Exchange Carriers (IREC) submitted Tariff
Advice No. ill-05-, adding Midvale Telephone Exchange, Inc. (Midvale) to the IREC tariff
and withdrawing Midvale s Tariff No 1. Midvale s rates and charges, with the exception of the
message station equipment recover charge that is obsolete, are now set forth in IREC Tariff in
Original Sheet Numbers 364.1 through 364.11. There is no change to terms or prices, they are
simply moved from one tariff to the other. The Company requested an effective date
October 25, 2005.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve IREC Tariff Advice No. ID-05-1 and
withdraw Midvale Tariff No
