Comment description: Rate increase concern, do not raise rates as I have to buy bottled
water now that Falls water added Clorine, It is not drinkable, the clorine smells & taste
worse then swimming pool water. To raise rates for water that you cannot drink is wrong &
unjust, needless to say clorine in drinking water is unhealthy, destroys the electrolytes
your body needs to prevent dehydration.
