mailing list yes no: Comment=descriptIon: As a metered user on a fixed income (retired) this proposed rateincrease isunfair for two reasons. First, reducing the summer rate to only 8000 gallons
while the winter rate is 15000 is just backwards and is nothing but price
gouging of customers who are required to maintain a heal thy lawn
(homeowner covenents and county regs against weeds etc). Secondly, untilALL customers are metered there can never be a fair and equitable ratestructure. I would insist on metering all customers before any rate increase be
considered. Thank you
