Comment descriptIon: We fully understand the higher costs of doing business and the need
for updating old infrastructure. This request as viewed from the letter Falls sent out
looks like more than a substantial increase percentage wise for users, much more than the
anual costs have gone up for doing business. If they were to include a plan in their
letter of what they have in mind for the infrastructure changes it may be easier toswallow. Please consider the magnitude of the increase if there is not such a plan for
improvement.
