Complaint description: I would like to know why metered water users are being pentalized
so much more than the non-metered water users. Metered users will pay for all water used
where non-metered users do not pay for all water used. Metered water users will be paying64.7% more if you approve this rate increase which brings water bills to approx. $24.63.
Non metered users will only have an increase of 10% which is approx. $19.25 per month.
That does not seem fair to me. Please do not approve the new rates they are not fair.
