Falls Water Company, Inc. has reviewed the Public Utilities Commission s Staff comments. The
recommendations made by the staff are acceptable to Falls Water Company, Inc. We respectfully
ask the Commission to accept the Staf:f s recommendations.
In order to coincide with our billing cycle, we request that December 15 2003 be the effective
date of the new rate tariffs.
We also wish to thank the Commission Staff personnel for their assistance and patience during
the rate case process.
