RE:PACIFICORP'S TARIFF ADVICE NO. 05-
PROPOSED REVISION OF SCHEDULE 300
On August 29, 2005 , PacifiCorp filed a proposed revision of Schedule 300, reflecting the
addition of City of Preston s 3% franchise fee from the transmission and sale of power.
Staffs request, the Company provided a copy of Ordinance No. 2005-4. The Ordinance was
approved August 8, 2005 and sets the franchise term for 25 years. The requested effective date
of the tariff is October 1, 2005.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Staff recommends that Schedule 300, be "accepted for filing" with an effective date
of October 1 , 2005 as proposed by the Company.
